I just wanted to let you know I read your blog from beginning to end today (literally!) and I just LOVE it. I love seeing small dogs dow what I know they can. I have a Yorkie and have been visiting my parents in Florida for 3 weeks. I take Layla for a long walk/jog in the morning and have received many comments about how I am being cruel and unfair by having her run (I am clearly trying to keep up with her and not at all dragging her). Your blog has confirmed what I know- that she is capable of anything a big dog can do! Thanks again!
Thanks for reading our blog and taking the time to leave a comment. People like you, and dogs like yours, is a big reason I do this. I have gotten comments and looks implying or flat out stating that my dog can’t possibly keep up, it is too hard for them and I am being mean. I know exactly how you feel. I also know how wrong those people are. Unfortunately, that stereotype leaves a lot of little dogs living an unfulfilling, unhealthy life. You guys go
Those are great pictures. (Sorry waaaay behind.

I would love to visit the Ginko Petrified Forest, but every time we drive through the area Mom comes up with a new excuse to stay on I-90

Well, in her defense, when you are on I-90 you are usually on your way to somewhere and in a hurry. I had been driving past that place all my life and finally decided to stop and check it out. We only stopped for about a half hour. There is so much more to do there. One of these times we will plan to actually allow time to check it out.
Great pictures!!
