When we visited Golden Gardens off-leash area, part of the park was closed off because it was so swampy. Still, this fully fenced park has plenty of space for the dogs to run around. This Capitol Hill off-leash dog park is easy to miss. When we pulled up to the corner of Boren Ave and Pike we saw the namesake pillars but not much else.
